Holds a BA in Geography and History from the Universitat de Barcelona (1993), an MA in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Universitat de Barcelona (2007), and a PhD in Social Anthropology from the Universitat de Barcelona (2009). She is experienced in the field of Anthropology, with an emphasis in social and cultural anthropology. Her focus is on the following themes: cultural anthropology, symbolism, chiefdoms and royalty, and ancient history.
